He is survived by: his sons, Michael Martien Jr., Claude Martien and Benjamin Martien; his wife Betty Martien; his stepdaughter Kandi Rainey; and his siblings, Ella Martien Kuhn Delisio, Weasie Martien Hollingsworth and Samuel Martien.
