He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Braswell (Arnold); and his parents, John Henry Braswell and Connie Braswell (Davis). He is survived by: his son-in-law Jimmie Hattaway of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his children, Karen Elizabeth (Braswell), Libby, Robin Braswell of Transylvania, Louisiana and Timothy Scott; his daughter-in-law Amy Braswell of Transylvania, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Jon Michael (Paige Fortenberry) of Transylvania, Louisiana, Courtney Braswell of Transylvania, Louisiana and Brandon Braswell; his great grandchildren, Katherine and Grayson Fortenberry; his sister Helen Dale Bryant of Hohenwald, Tennessee; and his sister-in-law Betty Coleman of Louisburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
