It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Haley (Lake Providence, Louisiana), born in Kilbourne, Louisiana, who passed away on March 2, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eugene Haley and Mildred Margaret Haley (Hagan); his sister Patsy Hughes; and his brother-in-law Robert Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Nell Haley (Snow) of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his son Kemp; his daughter-in-law Marcia Haley of Elizabethton, Tennessee; his daughter Gina; his son-in-law Eddie Chapman of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his son Kendall; his daughter-in-law Leanne Haley of Kingwood, Texas; his brother-in-law Ken May of Monroe, Louisiana; his brother Archie; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Haley of Kilbourne, Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; numerous church brothers and sisters.
