He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hugh and Beatrice Clemens Wingate; and his children, Christy Hebert and William Wingate III. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Madison, Taylor Monroe, Jacob Witt, Harrison Rosfeld, Alysha and Tray Goodwin; and his great grandchildren, Taylen Bellard, Ayden Monroe, Avionna Arceneaux, Aleah Goodwin and Krislynn Goodwin.
