He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Spell; his children, Michael Spell of Jennings, LA, Nicholas Spell (Liz) of Port Barre, LA, William Spell (Yolanda) of Nederland, TX, Jeri Spell (Earl Gray) of Crowley, LA, Melissa LaPoint (Burt) of Lake Arthur, LA and Tammy Bachelor (Shawn) of Kinder, LA; and his siblings, Bobby Spell (Ruth) of Basile, LA and Shirley Istre of Jennings, LA.. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren.
