She is survived by: her child Beverly Ann Shultz (late Ernie); her granddaughter Brandi Lynn Shultz Helmer (Brad, Sr.); and her great grandchildren, Whitney, Brittney Shultz, Brad Helmer, Jr., Ernie Helmer, Kalei, Halei and Balei Helmer. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
