She was predeceased by: her parents, Othel Eugene and Mazie Ola Randolph; her husband Melvin H Procell; and her children, Debra Ann, Othel Eugene, Jr. and Stephen Allen Procell.
She is survived by: her friend Opal Matherne; her children, Melvin Harold Procell (Kathy), William Randolph Procell, Belinda Carole Young (Melvin), Virginia Sue Hebert (Terry), Paul Forrest Procell (Lisa), John David Procell (Cathy), Cheryl Jane Powell (Chris) and Elizabeth Ann Ordway (Eric); her sister Melba Carole Hagel; and her grandchildren, Chelle Procell Woods (Darin), Matthew Procell (Michelle) and Christopher Procell (Hailey). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
