It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Anthony Maranto Sr. of Kenner, Louisiana, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Maranto and Carmen B. Maranto; and his brother John Maranto. He is survived by: his wife Jane G. Maranto; his children, Lawrence A. Maranto, Jr. (Janet), Laura M. Adams (Glenn, Sr.) and Debra L. Maranto (Chasity); his grandchildren, Mallory Motovilov (Alex), Melissa, Marshall Maranto, Glenn Adams Jr., Steven Adams (Lauren Nicole), Lauren Michelle Adams (Chris) and Alysson Boyd; his great grandchildren, Tori Adams and Nikolas Motovilov; and his sisters, Mary Ann Kelly and Gail Becnel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as other family and friends.
