She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Lantz, Sr. and Statie Smith Lantz; and her grandson Lantz Bush. She is survived by: her children, Delayne Bush, Donna Bush and Danette Smith (Jeff); her grandchildren, Amanda Parnell (Brandon), Emily Harris (Stephen), Spencer Smith and Riley Smith; and her brother Donald Lantz, Jr. (Dottie). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
