He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Williams, Sr. and Elizabeth Hunter; his brothers, Kenneth Williams and John Allen Williams; his stepbrothers, Ernest Williams, Jr. and Leo Williams; his sister Elizabeth W. Rudd; and his stepsister Edna Olivia Williams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Soloman of Kaplan, Ann Williams of Kaplan, Stanley Williams (Debby) of Kaplan, Anthony Williams, Sr. of Kaplan and Edward C. Williams, Sr. (Damita) of Milton, FL; and his aunt Rosa Hunter Smith of Destrehan, LA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
