He was predeceased by: his parents, Earline Kimble Morgan and Carl Morgan, Sr.; and his sister Katherine Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Angela Morgan and Shane Morgan; his wife Tammy Pardue Morgan; and his siblings, Robert Morgan, Michael Morgan, Patricia Byrd and Mary Ann Richards.
