He was predeceased by: his daughter Jan Deneen Neatherland; and his parents, Roy Neatherland and Gladys Neatherland (Wyatt). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Neatherland (Young); his children, Jackie Sims (Ricky), Joey "JoBoy" Neatherland (Jan) and Jeffery "Batman" Neatherland (LeaAnna); his grandchildren, Joey "JoJo" Neatherland, Sherry "Sue" Spivey, Brea Nomey, Ashley Doolittle, Amber Torres and Slade Neatherland; and his great grandchildren, Makenzie Vines, Anna Carter, Tessa Reeves, Cruz Nomey, Brax Neatherland and Dylan Torres.
