She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee and Diane Culpepper (Kirtley); and her brother Steven Culpepper. She is survived by: her daughters, Keely Westbrook and Bailee Westbrook; her grandchild Brantley of Macey, J. J.; and her siblings, Jeanie Nugent (Raymond), Mark Culpepper (Jennifer) and Randy Culpepper (Telena). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
