Culpepper of West Monroe, Lynnette Sandidge of Jonesboro, Nelda Jane Oliver (Paxton) of West Monroe and Margaret Brumfield (Pat) of Jonesboro, Louisiana; his stepchildren, Linda Marshall of Springfield, Diann Gillaspie of Hagerstown, Maryland, Roberta Weaver of Hagerstown, Maryland, Ron Standiford (Melody) of Oakland, David Culpepper (Donna) of Jonesboro and Billy Culpepper, Jr. (Lori) of Aspermont, Texas; and his grandchildren, Christianna Culpepper, Kaitlyn Culpepper, Ian Culpepper, Kristin Standiford, Bethany Jackson, Raymond Marshall, Laurie Morris, Sarah Gillaspie, John Weaver, Sherrie Bare, Teresa Rohwer, Cody Culpepper and Jessica Warren. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
