He was predeceased by: his sister Sybil Marie Horton; his grandson Phillip Andrew McGrew; his great grandchild Kaylonne Edwards of Thieann Edwards; and his parents, William Thomas and Ida Lois Truelove (Hearne).
He is survived by: his children, Edward Lavance Truelove (Elenor), Anthony Lamar Truelove (Maria), Roger Wayne Truelove, Johnny Ray Truelove (Nettie) and Ida Beatrice Truelove. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
