He is survived by: his wife Gloria Manuel; his children, Tad Manuel, Melissa Horner, Tamara Fontenot (Johnathan) and Brent Phelps (Marsha); his grandchildren, Reiley, Morgan, Alex, Wyatt, Abby and Charlotte; and his sister Alice Manuel.
