It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ranier James Fontenot (Jennings, Louisiana), who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulyesses Fontenot and Rose Bell LaCombe Fontenot; and his brothers, LeRoy Fontenot and Russell Fontenot. He is survived by: his sisters, Dorena Fontenot, Diane Dupius, Evelyn Fontenot, Annette Fontenot and Lisa Gotte (Randy); his godchildren, Sierra Cradeur, Aaron Cradeur, Andre White, Anthony White, Axton White, Avian Cradeur and Avianna Cradeur; his nephews, Edward Boudreaux, Jr. (Melissa), Emilee, Allison, Edward, III and Ruben Villarreal; and his niece Jennifer Istre.
