She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Foreman and Earlene Bouley Foreman; her husband Andrew Weaver; and her siblings, Sandra Derise and Michael Foreman.
She is survived by: her children, Nicole Smith (Josh) of Welsh, Charles Weaver of Jennings and Bethany Weaver of Jennings; and her siblings, Janet Willis, Jr. (David) of Jennings, Kenneth Foreman of Jennings and Dennis Foreman of Jennings. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
