It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlton Rufus Barker Sr. of Jennings, Louisiana, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mayola Gordon Barker; and his children, Carletta E. Barker of Baton Rouge, LA., Carlton R. Barker Jr. (Rizzelyn Senegal) of Jennings, LA., Claudine Barker of Atlanta, GA., Crystal Barker of Jennings, LA. and Chetora Rivera (Malike E. Rivera) of Humble, TX. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
