He is survived by: his wife Judy Lee Noel Miller; his children, Angela Miller (Jonathan McKellar, Sr.) and Bobby R. Miller, Jr. (Crystal); his grandchildren, Joshua Meche (Karlye), Jeremy Meche (Abbey), Jonathan Meche, Faith Miller, Seth Miller, Maci Mims and Sage Mims; his great grandchildren, Aria Meche, Asher Meche and Micah Meche; and his brother David Miller (Karen).
