He is survived by: his wife Johonna Zoller Fowler; his sons, Richie Fowler, Matt Fowler (Kelly) and Billy Fowler (Ashley); his brothers, Billy Wayne Fowler (Ella) and Johnny Mac Fowler (Judy); his sister-in-law Janet Zoller Girouard; his grandchildren, Karli Simmons (Marc), Abigail Johnson (Robert), Payton Fowler, Lynnea Fowler, Dylan Fowler, Hannah Fowler, William Fowler, Austin Fowler, Wyatt Fowler, Katherine Fowler, Charlotte Fowler, Eleanor Fowler and Anessa Fowler; and his great grandchildren, Landry Simmons, Bailyn Simmons, Azariah Johnson and Boaz Johnson.
