He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Joy Allen; his children, Jason Allen of Nebo and Jessica Allen Breithaupt (Daniel) of Jena; his grandchildren, Cydni Walker, Emily Allen, Jesse Allen, Kynslee Slay and Piper Breithaupt; his great grandchild Adrian Volentine; and his sisters, Janice Gurganus (Leonard) of Nebo and Margie Morphis (Jimmy) of Jena. He is also survived by his family and friends.
