He was predeceased by: his son Mickey Joiner; his siblings, Dewey R. Joiner, Doyle E. Joiner, Donald Joiner and Barbara Jean Weaver (Joiner); and his grandson Zachary Joiner.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Joiner (Brooks); his sons, Glen "Slick" Joiner (Nori) of Jena, Jimmy Joiner of West Monroe and John Joiner (Cheryl) of Jena; his sister Pat Manley (Bobby) of Calhoun; and his grandchildren, Braxton Joiner, Brooks Joiner (Reagan), Trae Jones, Cassidy Joiner, Bethany Joiner and Lindsay Doughty (Jake).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Jena High School Athletics or the charity of your choice.
