Peters of Jeanerette, LA; his son Whitney Richard, Jr. of Houston, TX; his sister Laura Vital of Jeanerette, LA; his grandchildren, Ariana Richard and Whitney Richard III of Houston, TX; his nephews, Jeffery Matthews and Donnie Matthews; and his niece La'Shiqua Matthews. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
