He is survived by: his wife Shirley Austin Manuel of Jeanerette, LA; his daughters, Rose M. Littles of Houston, TX, Brenda Faye Manuel of Houston, TX, Cheryl L. Fergerson of Houston, TX, Angela F. Simon (Zebulon) of New Iberia, LA and LaKeya D. Manuel of Jeanerette, LA; his godsons, Grant August, Sr., Antonio Berry, Kenneth Bernard and Donald Sereal, Jr.; and his cousin Geraldine Matthews of Four Corners, LA. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
