He was predeceased by: his parents, Amanda Withers Manuel of Jeanerette, LA. and Herbert Manuel of Jeanerette, LA.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Drexler Manuel; his daughter Jeanne Manuel Talbert (Warren Talbert); and his aunt Julia Manuel (Leo). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday at the church 8:00 A. M. until the time of the service with a rosary to be recited at 9:30 A. M. In adherence of state health guidelines, all attendees must wear masks and practice social distancing at the church and cemetery.
