It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Fontenot of Jackson, Louisiana, who passed away on March 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bert Fontenot. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Lege (Max), Tonya Kippers (Mike), Tina Engelhard (Ronnie), Kenneth Leroy Pittman and Ernest Wayne "PeeWee" Pittman. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
