He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Zelda Lee of Jackson; his mother Giffee Lee of Jackson; his children, Elizabeth Carpenter (Josh) of Walker and Bobby Vice, Jr. (Sylvia) of Orange; his grandchildren, Bret Vice, Breanna Vice, Lynzlee Milliken, Matthew Spurgeon and Viviana Vice; and his siblings, Rickie Lee (Lisa), Bart Lee (Dawn), Mary Hutchinson, Carlos Louque, Francine Yotter, Birdy Lara, Carla Louque and Annie Louque.
