Cashatt (Iowa, Louisiana), born in Pulaski, Iowa, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Eugene Cashatt, Sr.; her grandchildren, Nicole Thompson and Marty Cashatt; her great grandchildren, Aaron Bjork and Abigail Thompson; and her parents, Emil Smallwood and Mamie Smallwood Clayton.
She is survived by: her children, Curdonna Bjork, Eugene Cashatt (Jane), Dennis Cashatt (Ellie Wolfson), Gary Cashatt (Linda), Randy Cashatt (Sandy), Sandy Wenck (John) and Cherrie Thompson (Tom); and her grandchildren, Cara Bucklin (Aaron), Kevin Chenoweth, Deanna Thompson, Tommy Thompson (Sommer), Kyle Thompson, Robert Bjork (Stacy), Shawna Astor (Pat), Hannah Cashatt, Kristina Vorse (Chris), Michael Van Oort, Kary Howie (Andrew), Karen King (Vince), Megan Law, Julie Cashatt and Caitlynn Cashatt. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
Mary was a fighter and battled kidney disease and Covid, surviving both.
