It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Hammer (Iowa, Louisiana), born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on June 29, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Stolzle and Louvina Stolzle; her husband Charles Hammer; her son Jack Hammer; and her grandsons, Chuckie Hammer and Richard Hammer.
She is survived by: her children, Barbie Hammer, Susan Rushing, April Rigg and Charles Hammer; and her siblings, Barbara Miller, Lula Singletary, Greta Gorham and Keith Stolzle.
