He is survived by: his mother Willie Mae Spann Thompson; his close friend Rose Benoit; and his children, Melissa Chandler, Jerry Wiley, Robby Wiley (Elizabeth) and Kevin Wiley. He is also survived by numerous siblings; 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
