She was predeceased by: her parents, Pernie Hinson and Martha Louise (Brown); her husband Malcolm Givens; her son Fred Wilton Collinsworth, Jr.; and her great grandchild Hailey Ross.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Ezell (Michael); her sister Mary Boynton (Ray); her grandchildren, Tara Ross (Chad), Mike Ezell, Jr. (Shante), Amedie Perry (Jason) and Helen; her great grandchildren, Ragen Ross, Jaden Ross, Dylan Jimenez, John Paul Ross, Cheyenne Jimenez, Korben Ross, Katelyn Ezell and Kameron Ezell; and her nieces and nephews, Paula Boynton Rhodes, Lisa Boynton Harris, Robert Ratzeman (Boynton) and Ray Boynton, Jr..
