With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Ray Franklin of Iowa, Louisiana, who passed away on December 19, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Charles Franklin and Lillian LeBlanc Franklin; his wife Genevieve Scheufens Franklin; his brothers, Leslie James Franklin and Marvin Franklin; his grandson Taelor Jackson; and his great grandchild Aiden Shotwell.
He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Franklin (Tammy), Kim McKee (Bruce) and Dawna Doga (Darald "Bubba" Doga); and his grandchildren, Amber Franklin, Hannah Franklin, Brittany Carter, Hannah Cobb, Brittany Toregano, Brandon McKee, Kristin McKee Brown, Kamin Farrell and Deveni Polito. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
