It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curley Joseph Myers (Iowa, Louisiana), born in Lacassine, Louisiana, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Deanne Myers; his parents, Sidney Myers and Wilma Myers (Hebert); his sisters, JoAnne Myers, Margaret Patterson and Sandy Deshotel; and the mother of his children Anna Jenese Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Myers (Karen), Guy Myers (Connee), Michelle Whitfield (Steve), Lisa Fruge (Sean), Laura Myers, Amy Broussard (Damus) and Jason Reed (Cylyce); and his siblings, Kenneth Myers (Diane), James Myers (Sherill), Patsy Monceaux, Katherine Benoit (Edgar) and Barbara Reber. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
