She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Neal and Mary Evelyn Mitchell Neal; her son T. J. Jenkins; and her brother Randall Neal. She is survived by: her daughter Mandy Jenkins; her grandson Liam Jenkins; and her siblings, Reggie, Margie Neal, Ritchie, Lisa Neal, Ronda Neal and Cheryl Wagner Neal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
