He is survived by: his wife Mary Hill Norred; his children, Shanda Norred, William Norred-Carol, Virgil "Wayne" Norred, Paul Norred, Pat Norred (Lisa) and Darren Norred (Cathy-Jo); and his siblings, Wanda Manzella, Tommy Norred, Beatrice Graves, Louise Lee and Doris Stewart. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
