Linda Gayle Rosamond Obituary

Linda, age 71, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, January 6, 2022. She was born in Independence, attended Loranger High School, and was a longtime resident of Holden, LA. Linda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who is already dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Linda is survived by her sisters, Nancy Carney, and Dorothy Hyde; brother, Randy Ritchie; granddaughter, Katlyn Nicole Rosamond; great-grandchildren, Kyle James Mickel, and Sarina Noelle Walker; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Linda is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Elmer Rosamond; son, James William Rosamond; along with her parents, William and Geraldine Ritchie.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation from the Chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 Hwy 190 West, Hammond, LA. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. Bro. Luke Hendrickson will officiate with interment to follow in Ford Cemetery in Independence.
