He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Coleman; his children, Shannon Coleman Davidson (Jimmy Ray Davison Jr.), Deborah Coleman Clardy (Floyd Clardy) and James "Eddie" Edward Smith; his grandchildren, Logan Ray Davidson, Lauren Ashley Jones, Brice Clayton Clardy, John Smith and Erin Smith; and his nephew Ray Smith. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
