He is survived by: his daughter Anne Sullivan; his grandchildren, Chad Sullivan (DeeDee), Stephanie Guidry (Kenneth) and Jonathan Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Derek Guidry (Ashley), Cole Sullivan (Ciera), Hunter Guidry, Tyler Sullivan, Cameron Sullivan and Ethan Guidry; his great great grandchildren, Isabella Guidry, Brennan Guidry and Harper Sullivan; and his sister-in-law Verlie Gomez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
