He was predeceased by: his son Carl Lilly Jr.; his parents, Ireland Lilly and Edna Lilly; his brothers, Doug, Roger and John Lilly; and his stepmother Phyllis Lilly.
He is survived by: his former wife Cerita Lilly; his children, Shanna Diamond (Mark Allen), Jolene Sizemore (Justin Sizemore) and Terry Lilly (Annie Wiggins Chartin); his sisters, Nancy Roberts, Jamie Lilly Smith, Barbara Lilly and LeeAnna Lilly Miller; his grandchildren, Gavin, Maddox Sizemore, Lindsay Jones, Abbi Diamond, Carli Boudreaux and Mikel Chartin; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Brees and Baylee.
