He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Paul Blouin; and his grandparents, Lloyd, Evelyn St. Romain, Pete and Rena Blouin.
He is survived by: his mother Bonnie S. Wintz (Wally); and his siblings, Angela Ducote, Melisa Guerin, Summer Kilby, Morgan LeBlanc, Megan Wintz, Shawn Blouin, Billy Howe and Kurt Wintz.
