He is survived by: his children, Henry O'Neal Thigpen (Thalia Groves Thigpen) of Port Vincent, LA, Mary Elizabeth Thigpen Mayeux (Jonathan Parfait) of Lafayette, LA, Kathryn Marie Thigpen (Liam Hines) of Milwaukee, WI and Lucas Edward Thigpen (Kristina Dilley Thigpen) of Aurora, CO; his grandchildren, Isaac Kidwell, Ace, Bruce, Daisy, Louis Thigpen, Rebekah Mayeux and Korben Fallux; and his siblings, Mary Gourdon, Houston Dewain Thigpen (Sandy), Bernadette Lopez (Charlie), Byron Thigpen (Sandy), Erin Barbay and Kelly Thigpen (Chara).
