He is survived by: his wife Linda Wright-Bailey; his sister Juanita Eagen of Dallas; his daughter Cynthia Soileau (Missy); his grandson Elijah Franklin; his children, James Bailey (Stacy Hall), Gregory, Matthew and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Jill McGlothin, Noah and Caroline.
