Wayne Tarver Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2023, at the age of 78, Wayne Tarver of Ferriday, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Tarver and Geneva Tarver; and his brother-in-law Pat Tucker. He is survived by: his sons, Edward Tarver Jr. (Kari) of Ferriday, LA and Joseph Tarver (Andrea) of Waterproof, LA; his grandchildren, Taylor Tarver, Isabella Tarver, Luke Joseph Tarver, Cole Hornsby, Daley Sesser, James Harper Evans, Carrie Liz Evans and Chelsea Smith; his siblings, Chester Tarver (Doris) of Clinton, LA, Charles Tarver (Jennie) of Wildsville, LA, Martha Mathews (Quenten) of Clayton, LA and Dewanna Mason (Frank) of Ferriday, LA; his siblings-in-law, Bobbie Tucker, Dorothy Gillespie and Billy Smedley (Helen); and his son Billy Smedley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
