She was predeceased by: her husband Jaroan Ellis "Sonny" Fowler; her parents, Arnold Cle Silcox and Carrie Poe Lowry; her children, Jaroan, Janice and Kenneth Fowler; and her brother William Romand Lawrence.
She is survived by: her children, Renee Carlton (Billy) of Jonesville, LA and Kevin Fowler of Ferriday, LA; her grandchildren, Rachel Smith (Brad Smalling) of West Monroe, LA, Wesley Smith (Delanea) of Lafayette, LA, Daniel Carlton (Morgan) of Lafayette, LA, Sarah Cosper of Vidalia, LA, Christopher Fowler of Shreveport, LA, Steven Fowler of Shreveport, LA, Jonathon Fowler of Ferriday, LA and Zoe Fowler of West Monroe, LA; and her great grandchildren, Candie, Aidan, Kian Smith, Hayden, Caleb, Henry Cosper, Avery, Brantley Carlton, Ryker Arceneaux and Xander Smalling.
