He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jean Morgan of Ferriday, LA; his sons, Charles Ray Sibley (Patricia) of Clayton, LA and David Robert Sibley (Cindy) of Lafayette, LA; his siblings, Ralph Hill (Harriett), Lynn Myers (Robert Sr.), Julie Dee Wall and Candi Robinson; and his grandchildren, Ethan Sibley, Finn Sibley, Charlie Sibley, Vera Sibley and Delanie "Rayvin" Sibley.
