She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Sherry; her parents, Billy Banks and Patsy Banks; her husband James Powell; her children, Clay Locklear (Misti), Sandi Thomas (Jason), Eric Powell (Vasti), Casey Powell (Jennifer) and Amanda Gardner (Derris); her grandchildren, Reagan, Maddox, Levi, Emory, Gus, Ben, Ethan, Dylan, Myles, Cullen and Jack; her sisters, Sandy Skinner (Larry), Tammy Shannon and Carmen Banks (Tommy); and her siblings-in-law, Joann Crosser, Betty Sue Reyna, Wayne Powell (Kay) and Sheldon Powell (Sherlyn). She was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
