He was predeceased by: his wife Glory Godina Bass; his parents, Luther Bass and Dorothy Wilson Bass; and his siblings, Mary Lee Bass, Linda Ann Bass, Frankie Bass Coons, Clevelan Bass, Jerry Bass, Bobby Bass and Clyde Bass.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Bass; and his sisters, Vickie Bass Godina (John) and Peggy Bass Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
