It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul L. Young of Elton, Louisiana, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Robert "Bobby" Young; his parents, Ourelian Young and Calicia Founerat Young; and his siblings, Lizmore, Eva, Anna, Winnie, Vernice, Wesley, Willis, Willie, Collin, Holton and Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna Young; his children, Janet Miller (Leven) of Elton, LA. and Harold Shuff (Ann) of Elton, LA.; his grandchildren, Amanda Young and Robbie Young (Desiree); his great grandchildren, Evan Edwards, Chase Paul Young and Jolene Grace Young; his sister-in-law Bertrella Young; and his godchild Allison Nicholson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
