He was predeceased by: his parents, Carnal Kelley and Evelene Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Connie Bayles Kelley; his son Brian Monroe Kelley; his sister Lillian Day (John); his niece Karen Tyra; his nephew Kevin Day (Christi); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica Hulbert (John), Brittney Nugent (Lance), Michael Day (Kayla) and Brandon Tyra (Becca); his parents-in-law, Chris and Sue Bayles; his brother-in-law Tony Bayles; and also, Harper, Jayce, Jaxon and Maddox Nugent.
